Privacy notice

Who we are

Atalaian is a service of Sheila Moura Azevedo Lda., NIF 513 732 497, Matosinhos, Portugal. Contact: hello@atalaian.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry details: name, email, telephone, the location of the property and what you tell us.
• Client records: contract details, property address, access arrangements, emergency contacts, invoicing data.
• Service records: inspection reports and dated photographs of the property, visit logs, incident records.

Why we hold it

To answer enquiries, to perform the service agreement, to comply with legal and accounting obligations, and to defend claims. Photographs of your property are taken to document its condition and are shared only with you, unless you authorise otherwise in writing.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and contractors strictly where needed to carry out approved work. We never publish photographs of a client's home and we never disclose that a property is unoccupied, except where required to deliver the service you have asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 12 months. Client records: for the duration of the agreement and five years afterwards, or longer where tax law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing. Write to hello@atalaian.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address for that purpose.
